Hi, I’m Adrian Michael Green and I'll be your guide through this Wayfinder Purpose Toolkit training.
This training was designed to invite you to have an experience for yourself first. This virtual spaces provides you with content which includes a combination of videos, meditations, activities, and background content for things we will not necessarily be covering during our live zoom session together.
This training is designed to provide asynchronous content for you to navigate at your own pace while also being able to ask questions real-time and experience Wayfinder lessons in a virtual environment.
BECOME A WAYFINDER EDUCATOR
We train educators on the Wayfinder toolkits best suited to meet the developmental goals for the students you serve. However, becoming a Wayfinder Educator isn’t just about learning to teach a new curriculum - it’s about training for the role that’s proven to matter most for a students’ success at school and in life: caring adult mentors. This innovative model of teacher as mentor requires all educators who wish to teach Wayfinder first complete our trainings on how to foster meaningful relationships and go through the purpose journey for themselves before guiding their students.
